This website is operated by НОРТПАРТ ЕООД (NORTHPART Ltd.), UIC 206792102, based in Silistra, Bulgaria (“Northpart”, “we”). Contact: contacts@northpart.com, +359 892 787 845.
2. Purpose of the website
The website presents products and services for professional customers. Published information, including images, technical data, availability and indicative prices, is for information only unless expressly confirmed in a written quotation.
3. Enquiries and contract formation
Submitting a form, email or message is not an order and does not oblige us to supply a product. A transaction is formed after written confirmation by Northpart and acceptance of the applicable product, quantity, price, payment, delivery and warranty terms.
4. Product information
Used batteries and modules may show signs of use and have individual technical characteristics. Condition, SOH, capacity, serial-number and test data apply only to the specifically identified product and the test date. The customer must provide accurate application details; final compatibility should be confirmed by a qualified professional.
5. Prices, taxes and payment
The price and currency, whether VAT is included or excluded, and the payment method and deadline are stated in the individual quotation or pro forma invoice. Payment must be made only to a company account designated by Northpart or through another expressly agreed method.
6. Delivery and risk
Lead time, transport, packaging, Incoterms (where applicable), costs and transfer of risk are agreed in writing for each transaction. The customer should inspect the shipment on receipt and record visible transport damage on the carrier’s document.
7. Warranty and claims
Warranty terms are not identical for every product. The applicable period, scope, exclusions and process are stated in the quotation, warranty document or contract for the specific product. A claim must include the invoice number, product identifier, problem description and available diagnostic data. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, damage caused by incorrect installation, incompatible systems, mechanical damage, tampering, improper storage, onward transport or failure to observe safety requirements is excluded.
8. Safety
High-voltage batteries are hazardous components. Diagnosis, transport, storage, installation and removal must be carried out only by qualified persons using suitable equipment and following applicable rules. Website information is not a repair instruction.
9. Intellectual property
The website content, brand, graphics and original photographs are protected. Copying, republication or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited except where permitted by law.
10. Liability
We take reasonable steps to keep information current but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or an error-free website. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions based solely on general website information or for indirect or consequential loss.

Data submitted through forms, email or chat is used to handle the enquiry and related commercial communication. Please see the applicable privacy policy for further information. Do not submit sensitive personal data that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. A new version applies from the date it is published on this page and does not amend contracts already concluded.
14. Governing law and disputes
Bulgarian law applies. The parties will first seek an amicable resolution. If that is not possible, disputes are submitted to the competent Bulgarian court unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
